We begin our two-year World Trek in San Francisco, California, in the United States. We will proceed to visit ten major non-western sites, spending six weeks in each. The first two fall within the Latin America stage of the World Trek - Antigua, Guatemala, and Cuzco, Peru. The others lie in Zimbabwe, Mali, Egypt, Israel, Turkey, Iran, India, and China.
